I do hope some of you were able to view Martin Roscoe’s beautiful online concert last Sunday (14 February). We have received a lot of positive feedback, which is always welcome. As this is a relatively new means of communicating our concerts to you, please feel free to report any technical issues with the live-stream or sound, or offer any other suggestions.
Some of you reported issues with having no sound at all; one tip is to make sure that the green volume indicator on the lower right-hand part of the church’s feed (next to the word ‘live’) is illuminated. It is not immediately obvious, as I myself discovered!
Also, if you know of any Festival Friends who are not receiving these emails, please let us know, as these bulletins sometimes land in ‘spam’ folders.
I will have the pleasure of performing for you next on Sunday 21 February at 6pm. My programme will feature some of the classics of the piano repertoire.

Looking ahead, Martin Roscoe will join us again on Sunday 28 February at 6pm, in a special preview of his online recital at Wigmore Hall in March; I’m sure we will all feel privileged to hear him first!
