David Pipe, Director of Music at Cartmel Priory takes you on a tour of two of the most noteworthy organs in the South Lakes. Beginning at 11.30am at St. Mary’s Church, we will hear the three-manual Ainscough in action, and after a brief walk to Dalton Community Church, at 1pm we will hear the recently rescued and re-homed Kendal-built Wilkinson & Son organ. Look out for a special surprise local guest appearance too!

No ticket required, however there will be a retiring collection at the end.
Attendees will meet at St. Mary’s Church in Dalton-in-Furness before we later move to Dalton Community Church for part two.
